That's great, thank you for the response.  Yes we are using DAWN, I think that this is possibly where the Anticoagulant Manager first got the idea from.



I will perhaps suggest that she contacts 4S for further details.  We are just exploring options at the moment.

We use Thrombotrack/ Thrombostat analysers which are very similar, and have the same issue. As far as I know, they can't be linked to any middleware. 



I know the Coagucheck XS Plus analysers can be linked to Cobas, but again we have a similar issue re domicillary visits. Which CDSS are you using? If it is DAWN, then speak to 4S as this conversation arose at the recent usergroup meeting and I think this is something they are working on.

Hi All



Do any other Trusts use Delta KC4 analyserS for INR testing at anticoagulant clinics?  If so, I was wondering how you enter patient IDs, and if anyone has manged to link them to any IT Middelware.  We are currently looking at ways that we can improve our current service and move further toward meeting all of the ISO Standards.



Further to this, does anyone use the Roche CoaguChek XS Plus or Pro for anticoagulant domicilliary visits.  Is anyone aware of a system where the results can be transmitted to a Samsung tablet, and then directly across to the dosing system?
