I'm attempting to transform the dimensions of a VMPFC mask (http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/ServicesAtlases/VmPFC) into the correct dimensional space for my feat analyses (MNI152_T1_2mm_brain: 91x109x91). When I run ApplyXFM with the MNI volume as reference and the identity matrix I get an ROI that's displaced off the midline.
Also, I get the following error:
data bytes needed = 23612160
data bytes input = 23612156
number missing = 4 (set to 0)
How do I correctly transform the ROI?
