Dear FSL-experts,
I'm running my first fMRI analysis and have been doubting my approach wrt the mask used for between-subjects analysis, I would really appreciate any feedback on it. The way I calculate my mask is by "fslmaths $withinsubjectcopes -abs -Tmin -bin mask.nii.gz". When I overlay my results on a standard brain (MNI) I see activation in implausible regions, e.g. right on the edge/just outside of the brain. Can this perhaps be partly remedied by using a different mask?
Thank you! Kind regards, Johannes.
