A fixed-term postdoctoral research position is available in the
research group of Prof Eleanor Campbell. The successful candidate will
be required to carry out experimental research on time-resolved
photoelectron spectroscopy of complex molecules.
Applicants should have, or expect to receive by the start date, a PhD
in physical chemistry, chemical physics, or a closely related field.
They should be capable of working in a small team, leading others
where required. Experience with femtosecond lasers is essential, and
knowledge of velocity map imaging techniques is desirable. Any
previous knowledge of software such as MatLAB and LabView will be
highly beneficial.
The position is a fixed-term appointment, initially for 6 months.
Start-date can be up to 31st March 2015.
