I'm really glad to see these questions being asked. Are you including issues like accessibility within digital inclusion?
Some discussions on-list have touched on finding the balance between exploring the potential of new technologies, and the ethics of spending money on platform-specific mobile apps given their limited reach compared to responsive sites.
The sustainability of digital platforms might have ethical implications - should museums who've collected content from audiences via platforms like Facebook or Flickr ensure they can migrate that content if/when they change their rules or functionality? We've already seen organisations lose content when services like Posterous closed down.
Finally, what about the privacy implications of encouraging or relying on social networks and wearable technologies, such as facial recognition or automatic photo tagging in Facebook or (potentially) Google Glass?
