Thanks a lot of the information.
My resampling resolution was set to 2.6mm (which from my understanding was that it should match with the acquisition resolution so as to not affect the data). I had similar settings using Single Session ICAs but then the final resolution of the output matched the MNI152. But this isn't happening for that. From your reply I understand that this maybe due to a an excessive computational overhead. As I am choosing a big sample of subjects that may be the reason.
The prompt there says it should be set to to 0 to match the resolution of the standard space. That is what should be followed?
That command is really help I tried on the melodic output and it works like a charm :).
My concern is that all of my stats outputs are also generated in the same 'odd' resolution and hence so are the outputs for the different contrasts from dual regression. So if a setting can be initially to register it better that would be great. I guess using the resampling resolution will surely help.
But this has been really helpful. I appreciate it.
