Hi,
Note that the min and max display range values in FSLView do not correspond to the actual thresholds used in the analysis, and there may be values outside of these ranges in the data. These values are only used to determine the colour/greyscale range.
If you can see that the tracts are well aligned when you use the movie mode, then this is what counts.
