Title: Follow-up of tumoral angiogenosis using DCE imaging sequences:
estimation and test in Laplace convolution models
Abstract:
After a short presentation on how the tumoral activity is linked with
angiogenosis phenomena and how its follow-up using perfusion imaging
might help the personalization of treatment using anti-angiogenic drugs
in cancer, I will present two news statistical tools for estimation and
test in Laplace convolution model which describes the blood flow of the
microcirculation. Both tools rely on a decomposition of the signals of
interest on the Laguerre functions. Join work with F. Comte and M.
Pensky (estimation) and I. Dattner and R. Castro (test).
There will be tea and coffee after the seminar in the Mathematics Common
Room (5212).
This seminar is a part of Maxwell Institute seminar series.
