Jointly organised by Ofer Lahav (UCL, London), Guy Nason (Bristol) and David van Dyk (Imperial).
This workshop will present a selection of cutting edge international research in the rapidly growing discipline of Astrostatistics.
The workshop will bring together statisticians who are interested in astronomy and astronomers who are interested in statistical methods.
We aim to provide a valuable opportunity to network and to foster extensive future interaction between the two disciplines.
Posters: Participants are encouraged to bring posters and should indicate on the registration form that they will be bringing a poster.
The registration fee for the workshop is £25 this includes morning coffee and afternoon tea and a buffet lunch.
Limited financial assistance will be available to graduate students and early career researchers on a first-come first-served basis.
