Hello,
I have changed the names of the directories into single word names and apparently, it has solved the problem. So I can now carry on with the tutorial.
Thank you very much.
Best wishes,
Manuel

However, I notice that you have directory names that contain spaces (i.e. /Users/Manuel/desktop/biodonostia/ANÁLISIS DE RMN/FSL/Material practicas/fsl_course_data/intro) and this is a big, big problem when using unix/linux tools such as FSL. I would strongly recommend that you rename all directories such as "ANÁLISIS DE RMN" and "Material practicas" so that they contain no spaces.
