Advertised as 'the closest thing we have to a tape-recorder' from the eighteenth
century - thanks to courtroom shorthand-writers - it's on Radio 4 right now. It
features some actors reading out suspects'/witnesses' accounts, perhaps in somewhat
hammy accents. It will be on iPlayer later (BBC radio shows play worldwide; only
video is UK-only).
