Comment: As of this writing, an upstream tarball is not publicly available.
Two things about that:
1. git.nordu.net is now accessible over https. Yay!
2. One can get a tar ball of libradsec-0.0.5 using [1] even if both the
URL and the name of the resulting top directory in the tar ball are both
a bit ugly.
I also noted a few upper/lower-case typos. I don't know if that
matters. Let me know if you want them pointed out.
