Kiosk Pro plus the iPads Guided Access mode works OK for us.

Hi, we are also using Kiosk Pro, it gives good options for scheduling which is necessary if you want to keep it shut down at night due to power cuts in the gallery.

Use with f.ex. Bouncepad "tripods".
