Dear FSL expert,
B0 (L-to-R gradient) image was acquired with DTI data (R-to-L gradient).
The two B0 were merged into a file.
I set parameter like below;
1 0 0 0.0705
-1 0 0 0.0705
Then, topup command was applied.
When I check the topup result file, "hifi_B0", with fslview, the slice 0 (z=0) in merged file was found on the top of the "hifi_B0" file.
The same findings were found after changing of "0.0705" into "1" and also when "eddy" command was applied.
I'll very please if I know the reason why the slice 0 jumped up to the top.
Sincerely,
Jeong
