A new review of mine is up at the Fortnightly Review. It concerns
three French poets associated together, partly because of a focus on
the Midi, its landscape and atmosphere: Philippe Jaccottet, Pierre-
Albert Jourdan, and José-Flore Tappy (the last belongs but is not of
the Provence school) Ways of escaping the Parisian swashbucklers.

Also on the site: two substantial essays by Nigel Wheale about
(postmodernism?)

Longbarrow Press has published my "The Ascent of Kinder Scout" as a
24pp A5 horizon booklet illustrated with two paintings by Paul Evans.
Available from the Longbarrow website at £5.00 inclusive. http://longbarrowpress.com/
The cover is utterly fetching. I don't suppose I can manage to add it
to this e-mail. No, I thought not. Whoops yes I did.
