I'm resending the message below from Florence Nightingale Museum Director, Natasha McInroe on behalf of the Florence Nightingale Digitisation Project. I'm sure some of the archive services you work for contain small collections of Nightingale letters you would like to promote for research. The website is not an online catalogue, it just carries an image and signposts your own webpages. We catalogued our letters at the same time as scanning and transcribing them so we ended up with several useful outcomes from our involvement with this project.
Best wishes,

Dear Friends,
I am delighted to announce the launch of the Digitising Nightingale site.
The Florence Nightingale Digitisation Project began in 2014 as a collaborative effort between the Florence Nightingale Museum, the Boston University Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center, the Royal College of Nursing and the Wellcome Library. More collaborative partners are in the process of joining the Project. Together, these institutions have compiled their holdings into a collaborative database consisting currently of almost 1900 letters handwritten or narrated by Florence Nightingale that for the first time are now available to researchers through a single source.
The Florence Nightingale Digitisation Project website allows researchers to search the original letters of Florence Nightingale by date, author, subject and partner name. Some general search terms are provided on the site, and search results provide a description of the individual letters, the institution that houses each letter as well as the option to view and read each letter.
The website can be found here:

Happy reading!
Best wishes,
