Folks,
I noticed strange happenings with Apache a few days ago. We may be seeing the
same issues...
Not sure what the root cause is but a few days ago a couple of completely
unrelated services I run (for mimas.ac.uk) which have multiple SSL virtual
host configurations started to misbehave. I traced this to the ServerName
directive in the the VirtualHost Configuration. Having it caused only the
first VirtualHost to operate.

I haven't worked on voms for a long while but I notice that
voms.gridpp.ac.uk:443 and voms.gridpp.ac.uk:8443 both return content i.e. you
may be running multiple port based VHosts (rather than using iptables to
redirect traffic, which was what Robert used to do).
Perhaps you folks are suffering the same issues as I noticed.
