You will be an excellent people manager and a positive, highly effective leader with strong
links to the creative sector. You will have a significant reputation in your creative specialism
and a track record of success. You will be required to collaborate within the Faculty, across the institution and with a growing number of external partners to
provide strategic academic leadership and effective operational management to one of four converged
academic teams in line with Faculty plans and objectives.
You will have a first degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
You will have experience of providing effective leadership, experience of managing and
motivating staff as outlined in the role profile.
