Dear All,
I know I’ve posted similar questions on here in the past, but I’m looking for local listing examples again, and would be extremely grateful for your help.
I’m particularly interested in examples of sites which have been ‘saved’ by being on a local list, especially if there were associated news articles celebrating (or not!) the decision, and welcome examples of any of the following:
- Sites added to local lists after a campaign to ‘save’ them
- Sites already on a local list that have been protected from ‘controversial’ demolition or alteration plans
- Sites which were turned down for national listing, but have been added to local lists
- ‘Grass-roots’ local lists, prepared or drawn up by the local community and adopted by the Council
- Examples of new local lists that have been developed in partnership with the local community
If you do send me examples, I’d be extremely grateful if you could include planning refs and/or web pages so that I can look at all the info.
Thanks!
