The Extreme Citizen Science (ExCiteS) research group, based out of the Chorley Institute at UCL, would like to advertise a PhD Studentship for the Challenging RISK project, which brings together Geographic Information Scientists, Earthquake and Fire Engineers, and Psychologists, working with communities in Seattle, Washington to understand their perceptions on earthquake/fire preparedness. The studentship is for 3 years and funding is available to UK/EEA students only.
