Hello FSL experts,
I have been using TBSS in it's standard format on MGH Martinos Center
machines. The command I've been using (tbss_2_reg -T) registers all FA
images to the FA standard brain. This has run successfully on several
datasets with no further input. There is a second option for
registering all images to each other (tbss_2_reg -n). When I run this
command on desktop machines, I get the following error:
sed: can't read .commands: No such file or directory (x N subjects) 26949
When I submit this command to the cluster, I get this error: wc:
.commands: No such file or directory 26032
Both commands were run in stable5.3, which calls the most up-to-date FSL
build.
Any advice?
Thanks,
Jeff
