Hi Ludo,
Yes, you can display the micrographs_ctf.star from the Display button in
the main GUI. Then display the rlnCtfImages, and perhaps order them on
rlnCtfFigoreOfMerit. Then, select all the ones you want by left-mouse
clicking (to make then red) and/or using the right-mouse menu to select
all images above/below, or invert the current selection. Once you have
all the ones you want to keep as red, then use the right-mouse button to
save the selected micrographs in a new STAR file, which you could call
selected_micrographs_ctf.star or so.
