Hi,
ADC is directionally dependent and calculated according to:
ADC=-(1/b)ln(Sk/So), i.e. it can be calculated when you have one diffusion
and a b=0 measurement.
Mean ADC (across diffusion directions) corresponds to the MD output you
get from dtifit.
Cheers,
Andreas

Betreff: [FSL] Possible to generate ADC / DWI images from DTI using FSL?
Hi,
Is it possible to generate ADC / DWI images from 30 direction b1000 DTI
acquisition using tools from FSL? I've used dtifit to generate outputs,
but have not seen an option for generating ADC or DWI images.
Thanks,
Salil
