Hi,
This is probably due to the fact that your FSL installation is not in /usr/local/fsl.
There should be some explanation in the FSL Course practical to tell you what to do about this.
One option, which normally works, is just to run the concat_bvars command on your computer, which should then generate a version of concat_L_Hipp.bvars with the correct path to your local FSL installation.
