Hi Rick,
Really like the look of the website, great to see RAMM's wonderful
collection so clearly represented. I just had a couple of
questions/comments:
1. What happens to the comments? Do you get notified when someone makes a
comment and would this then be passed on to the relevant curator if
applicable? It seems as though this might be a way of collecting further
information about collections as well as facilitating a means for public
conversation and engagement, but might also increase the workload for
moderating and/or circulating information.
2. I notice that the museum number is shown on the records, but if multiple
museums are going to have their collections on the site, it would also be
useful to see which museum the object belongs to, so enquiries for further
information can go to the relevant institution.
3. I love the facility to create your own collection!!
Best,
Kiera
