Dear FSL experts,
I am in the process of running TBSS on a large dataset (total n = 89). I'm using the FMRIB58_FA mean and ran tbss_3_postreg -T
Following the tbss_3_postreg -T, I then checked the skeleton using:
fslview all_FA -b 0,0.8 mean_FA_skeleton -b 0.3,0.8 -l Green
Attached is a screenshot of the skeleton. You will see that the skeleton exceeds the borders of the FMRIB58_FA. Is this typical? Or is it possible that my segmentation/binary mask creation was not as clean as I thought?
For BET, I ran:
bet nodif.nii.gz nodif_brain.nii.gz -f .3 -m
Thank you in advance for your feedback!
Best,
Victor
