Dear FSL users,
I am currently analyzing data of a longitudinal TBSS study with two time points (T1 and T2) .
I would like to apply the same nonlinear transformation for FA data of the two time points T1 and T2 (compute by tbss_2_reg) as well as project data on the same mean FA skeleton. My question is the following: Can I use the tbss_non_FA script to perform this despite it implies FA data (this script permits to do that but was originally designed for other diffusion-derived data than FA images)? In other words, is this pipeline correct?
1) Realign T1 and T2 FA data
2) Apply the classical TBSS pipeline for T1 data
3) Use tbss_non_FA on T2 FA data to apply the same nonlinear transform as T1 and projects FA data of T2 on the same skeleton as in T1.
If not, which code you would like to apply the same nonlinear transform and project in the same mean skeleton?
Thank you in advance for your responds.
