Dear Colleagues,
We are delighted to announce three prestigious American Physical Society awards for 2015 hosted by the Division of Chemical Physics:
The Irving Langmuir Prize in Chemical Physics:

The Earle K. Plyler Prize for Molecular Spectroscopy and Dynamics:
http://www.aps.org/programs/honors/prizes/plyler.cfm
The Herbert P. Broida Prize for Experimental Advances in Atomic or Molecular Spectroscopy or Chemical Physics: http://www.aps.org/programs/honors/prizes/broida.cfm
(jointly hosted by the Division of Atomic, Molecular, and Optical Spectroscopy)
We encourage you to nominate colleagues for these awards who are outstanding leaders in the chemical physics community. It is important to remember the membership of APS is diverse and global, so the Prize and Award winners as well as Fellows of the APS should reflect that diversity. Nominations of women, members of underrepresented minority groups, and scientists from outside the United States are especially encouraged.
Lists of previous award winners and nomination procedures can be found in the websites listed above. The deadline for all three awards is July 1, 2014. Please start your nominations soon!
Gil Nathanson, Chair, DCP
