Please find below details of a free half day event organised by the East Midlands Medical Sociology Group and hosted by De Montfort University.

The keynote speaker is:
Prof. Anne Kerr, University of Leeds, who will be speaking on "Emotional Work in Biomedical Innovation".
There will also be talks by:
Kylie Baldwin, De Montfort University: ‘Social egg freezing: Women's experience of a new form of 'fertility preservation'’
Robyn Lotto, University of Leicester: ‘Decision-making following suspicion or diagnosis of a severe congenital anomaly – The clinician’s perspective’
