Since you are switching from Windows to Mac, my guess would be that your batch job template, a script or a .mat file contains windows path names to files, data folders or SPM installation folders. These windows path names will not work on MacOS, and you will have to adjust your batches and scripts to contain the correct paths. You may want to save your batches as .m files and edit using your favourite text editor or text manipulation tool.
