Dear all
Thought I would share this impact about how research has informed the development of AIDS-related policy in Sub-Saharan Africa, improving the life chances of children who have been orphaned by HIV and AIDS.
The research has had impact on:
South African government policy and planning
International NGO policy and programming
and the US government foreign aid policy and programming
It is stories like these that remind me of the power of research evidence and researchers really thinking of who would value from their work.
