That's in fact what's happening.
OK. So here's the situation.
Centos upgraded openssl to 1.0.1 which enabled EC.
However, EPEL didn't rebuild xml-security-c, so the C++ library didn't
expose the classes needed by xmltooling.
As a result, rebuilding xmltooling after upgrading to Centos 6.5 fails.
First question: did RH make the same OpenSSL upgrade? If so, then RH
probably has the same bug.
Second question, targeted at Scott: Will this rebuild change the
XML-security-c ABI in a backward incompatible way?
That is, do virtual function tables or sizes of classes already in the
library change as a result of building with the new functionality?
