Dear Colleagues,
The 2014 Gordon Research Conference on Water and Aqueous Solutions will take place July 27 - August 1, 2014, at the Holderness School in Holderness, NH. This GRC will continue its long tradition of providing a snapshot of cutting edge water research, split roughly equally between experimental and theoretical/computational studies. Specific topics to be covered include: water anomalies, water behavior across the phase diagram, interfacial and confined water, structural and dynamical aspects of aqueous solvation, and water in biology.
The GRC program and registration information can be found at: http://www.grc.org/programs.aspx?year=2014&program=water. The deadline for applications to the GRC is June 29, 2014.
The GRC will be preceded by the Water and Aqueous Solutions Gordon Research Seminar, which will take place July 26 - 27, 2014. The GRS is a unique forum for graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and early career scientists to present and discuss their work and exchange ideas.
The GRS program and registration information can be found at: http://www.grc.org/programs.aspx?year=2014&program=grs_water. Those interested in attending both the GRC and GRS must submit an application to both meetings. The deadline for applications to the GRS is June 28, 2014.
