The background is that my repository is exposing data over OAI-PMH, and
I want to provide ListSet <setSpec> values that are more obvious than
"7461726765743D554B4D20496E737469747574696F6E616C205265706F7369746F7279"
Two questions:
1) Is this actually a good idea, or should I leave the "readable" coding
in the <setName> element?
2) Assuming this is a good idea, the OAI-PMH spec defines the value for
the <setSpec> as "a string consisting of any valid URI unreserved
characters" and RFC 2396 seems to define this as basically low-bit ASCII
- with no UTF-8 at all
Does this match what others expect?
This is a problem for me, as Authors names are not conveniently
a-zA-Z0-9.... they have things like accented characters in them!
