Hi,
The first problem seems to be this:
Error: failed to open file fmap_rads.nii.gz
which might indicate that either you don't have the correct write permissions in the directory you are in, or that something crashed.
If you are still stuck then email again and also include a list of the files that are created in that directory (e.g. with "ls -la").
