That seems mostly correct. Youšll want to download one of our HCP
subjects and use
${StudyFolder}/${Subject}/MNINonLinear/ROIs/Atlas_ROIs.2.nii.gz as
new-parcels and your extracted subcortical labels as cur-parcels.
