Has anyone had any success creating a skull recon of a macaque with betsurf (or any other tool for that matter) ? We'd love to create skull models for 3d printing, but haven't found a tool to reconstruct the animal skull from T1/T2 images.
I see betsurf wants a transform to MNI space as input, dangit! So I wonder if there's any way around that.
