Hi,
I think the problem here is the rounding of the TRslice when you leave it on Autoset.
If I turn the Autoset option off and set it manually to 0.117 seconds, then everything passes the consistency check just fine.
All the best,
Mark

All well and good so far but those parameters did not pass the consistency check of Possum. I informed my self that it is reasonable to modify the scanner properties in order to achieve consistency (see https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind1203&L=FSL&P=R12453&1=FSL&9=A&I=-3&J=on&d=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches&z=4). Unfortunately I can not achieve consistency without changing BW and by that the echo spacing. How should I proceed?
