Hello,
This system is quite old now so we do not provide pre-compiled binaries for this anymore.
However, you can still compile FSL for it yourself.
You will need to start by installing a virtual machine that runs a linux system (it doesn't matter which one) and then you will need to follow the instructions for compiling FSL from source:
