Dear SPMers,
I have 30 contrast images from 30 subjects and wish to do 2nd level stats on them. When I put them into 1-sample T test it was all good with model specify and estimate, but when I break them into two groups and tried to do 2-sample T test, I got this error: Please check your data: There are no significant voxels.
Running 'Model estimation'

Failed: Model estimation
Anyone has experience with this problem? Since the same set of images works fine with 1-sample T test, I think that means the images are well aligned in correct format? What would be the problem then?
Thank you very much!
