Hello experts
I am using probtrackx2 with the matrix2 option. I am tracking in surface space from a label generated by Freesurfer (converted into a surface gii file), and I'm doing spectral clustering on the output matrix2 to segment my seed region based on connectivity patterns. My question is how to use the information in the "coords_for_fdt_matrix2" file to project my clustering results back into either suface or volume space.
Previously, I did tracking in volume space and I was able to use the coords_for_fdt_matrix2 info to create an ascii file, and then use fslascii2img. However, with the coords_for_fdt_matrix2 from my surface tracking results, I can't figure out the dimensions of the space that the xyz coordinates correspond to (it doesn't appear to be the 256x256x256 space of the nifti volume that was used as the seed reference for the tractography), nor do I know how to use the numbering information (in the fifth column of the file).
Any suggestion is appreciated!
