Hello,
I am getting some new MEG output from a BESA package in a new format and i would like to align that with the other scan modalities, such as T1, fMRI maps, etc.
The problem is that i need the MEG files, the reference T1 scan and the functional aligned as NIFTI files in order to do that, but the BESA software does not have conversion capability. We also have Brain Voyager, with a plugin that is said to convert to NIFTI, but the NIFTI outputs do not have the correct orientation and lables (L/R,I/S,A/P) applied and the two images are not aligned when output (worse, the numbers of voxels are different too, the functional is a trimmed version of the T1).
I was wondering if somebody here was importing the MEG T1 reference scan and the MEG functional into NIFTI as aligned files, so the T1 could be used to further align the functional with other scans.
Thank you,
Silviu
P.S. We have the T1 in .vmr and the functional ( MEG output ) in .vmp BESA formats.
