Hello Experts,
Sorry to post another message about FEEDS, but I can't seem to get it to work properly no matter which advice I take. I'm running Debian 7 Wheezy and I installed FSL from the Neurodebian repository.
I think what might be happening is that I have not configure the shell script for FSL correctly, as in I have the wrong place and settings for the .bash_profile file.
Feeds runs fine till First part of the evaluation, which then give the message:
Starting FIRST at Wed Mar 26 15:31:35 NZDT 2014
child process exited abnormally
while executing
"fsl:exec "${FSLDIR}/bin/run_first -i data/structural -t results/structural_to_std_sub.mat -n 20 -o results/structural_first_L_Hipp -m ${FSLDIR}/data/f..."
invoked from within
"if { $feeds(first) } {
puts "\nStarting FIRST at [ exec date ]"
fsl:exec "${FSLDIR}/bin/first_flirt data/structural results/structural_to_std_sub"
fs..."
(file "./RUN" line 381)
Command exited with non-zero status 1

0inputs+1022008outputs (0major+13945690minor)pagefaults 0swapsget
I actually have to type to get Feeds to run:
. /etc/fsl/5.0/fsl.sh
/usr/bin/time ./RUN all
If someone could please point out my stupidity, that would be great.
Thanks,
Victor
