I recently completed a tbss_sym FA analysis (single group) for L>R following the instruction for L>R, as shown below (the sign flip option was used: -1 in the randomize statement)
randomise -i all_FA_skeletonised_left_minus_right.nii.gz -o tbss -m mean_FA_symmetrised_skeleton_mask.nii.gz -1 -n 5000 --T2
I would now like to also run R>L. The user guide suggests either inverting the data or creating the appropriate design matrix and contrast file.
Any recommendations for the R>L FA analysis would be much appreciated. If possible, please be explicit.
Thank you
