Dear all,
### Ten years of post-perovskite meeting, Bristol, 25-27 June 2014 ###
REGISTRATION OPEN
As you may be aware, 2014 marks the tenth anniversary of the publication of a series of papers that alerted the world to the possibility of a post-perovskite phase transition just above Earth's core-mantle boundary. In order to mark this event, reflect on the explosion of research it caused, and consider the unresolved questions on this important region of the Earth's interior, we have arranged a short meeting: "ppv@10: a meeting for the 10th anniversary of the discovery of post-perovskite" taking place at the University of Bristol on the 25-27 June, 2014. Further information can be found below or online at:
http://www1.gly.bris.ac.uk/ppv
The meeting will take place over two days with a mix of invited talks from leaders in the field and contributed posters. The link above includes a full list of all confirmed speakers. There will be an ice breaker event the evening before the meeting starts and a conference dinner at the end of the first day. Registration (which includes the ice breaker and conference dinner, but not accommodation) will be £95. To register, just visit the link and follow the instructions.
