Hello FSL experts,
I am studying resting fMRI data of senior subjects with multiband sequence. The TR=1.24, multiband=6.
I got the slice timing info from the original multiband dicom data:
0
670
95
765
190
860
285
955
382.5
1052.5
477.5
1147.5
572.5
...(6 cycles).
Now I am not sure about the slice timing correction. FSLwiki says:
If slices were not acquired in regular order you will need to use a slice order file or a slice timings file. If a slice order file is to be used, create a text file with a single number on each line, where the first line states which slice was acquired first, the second line states which slice was acquired second, etc. The first slice is numbered 1 not 0.
Thus, our slice timing correction file in FSL should be:
0
2
4
6
8
10
12
1
3
5
7
9
11
0
2

...
0
2
4
6
8
10
12
1
3
5
7
9
11(6 cycles, total slices=78)
Can I just paste same numbers for all 6 cycles?
Or I need to put like this:
0
2
4

8
10

I really appreciate your help about this slice timing issue for my multiband resting data.
