I would recommend Kingston "Data Traveler Vault Privacy". It's robust and the encryption is to the standards required within the NHS. They are not cheap but they work and are reliable - value for money.
I have used many different USB sticks some encrypted some not, and these are a practical solution.

Subject: [data-protection] Advice re encrypted USB / Memory sticks
Hi all,
I was wanting to know if anyone can recommend a company that provides good encrypted USB / Memory sticks, we of course already have a supplier here however we may be looking for another in the future.
I was just wanting to hear any positive stories about what works with existing systems and is user friendly for staff especially within the NHS / public sector.
Many thanks
