It could theoretically be done using a Leonardo or Teensy and a BT shield (e.g. http://www.plusea.at/?page_id=2700) but having tinkered with this its not the easiest or neatest. I'm waiting on a BLEduino (http://bleduino.cc) to be shipped (apparently soon) which I'm hoping will be a heap simpler.
