Hi Elizabeth
We never use fines, just finding them causing more work to administer than is worthwhile.
But this may only work because we are a small college (150-200 students) and close knit so it's easy to get stuff back. People are very good about responding.
All good wishes
Katrina (at Harris Manchester College, Oxford)

> 2. What are your fine charges - feel free to give me a link to a web page here if easier.
> 3. Do you use static fine charges or escalating (i.e. increase in rate the longer an item is overdue)?
> 4. Do you automatically renew stock for users - if so which Library system do you use.
