Try using the 'paste' command to combine the two files. Or, if you add
the motion parameters via the option on the Stats tab, then the confound
EV file would just be the text file that specifies the frames for
scrubbing. Note that you can select an "extended" set of motion
parameters, which I believe are more akin (perhaps identical) to the set
of 24 motion regressors that Power used in his paper.
